The tiny fringe pieces of yarn are incorporated into the fabric and presented as an overlay, to form the bodice of this beautiful dress. Several hundred rhinestons and faux onyx adorn the bodice. The skirt is a double layer of circles on netting with layers of gathered tulle for fullness. D-Ring for leash attachment. Dry Clean only.
